User Centric Artificial Intelligence (UCAI) is the artificial intelligence that achieves user centric goals, and integrates everything around the user while protecting the user’s information.
UCAI will help solve the problem of monopolization and polarization caused by Big Tech and large multinational corporations. It is our vision to disrupt the status quo by giving ownership and control of data back to users.
Many organizations, companies, and individuals who share these goals of empowering the users have joined together to host this User Centric AI Forum.

The forum will be moderated by the Secretary General of the Forum, the Chairman of the Seoul Digital Foundation, Yo Sik KANG.
The opening speech will be given by the Chairman of the Korean Academic Society of Business Administration, Sang Man HAN.
Congratulatory messages will be shared by a former Secretary General of UN, H.E. Ki-moon BAN, and the UAE Minister of State for Government Development and The Future, H.E. Ohood Khalfan Al Roumi.
In the main session, the UCAI Forum Co-Chair, Professor Hans Jürgen Schmidhuber, who is often referred to as “The Father of Modern AI,” will give the keynote, “AI For All”.
The other UCAI Forum Co-Chair and President of Harex InfoTech, Kyung Yang PARK, will give a keynote lecture on “User Centric AI for a Better World”.
Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) by Federated Machine Learning as a UCAI Methodology will be presented by Juan Zarate, CEO of Consilient, who served as US Deputy National Security Advisor.
Kyung Hee University Professor Kyoung Jun LEE will present on “User Centric AI technology, the business model and industry ecosystem". There will also be a panel discussion and a vision declaration ceremony.
